All orders to US, Australia and Europe made on will be shipped as normally. We’d recommend ordering to addresses that you know you’ll be able to access, such as your home, as opposed to business addresses that may have restricted access.

We hope you can oversee that some deliveries in affected postal code areas may be delayed for a few days. We’re doing everything we can to keep you updated about your order and how future orders may be affected.

Please note that orders might get delayed for the following reasons:

  • Billing and shipping addresses are not the same.
  • High season
  • Order is pending a credit approval and verification.
  • A product is currently out of stock.
  • An order which requires customization.
  • An order is shipped to remote country.
  • Order security verification


In the rare case you're not 100% satisfied with the product(s), you may return it for a full refund or exchange it for the same product within 14 days from receipt. Alternatively we can issue you a store credit to place another order. In case you receive a defective/wrong sized item, the return costs to our warehouse will be fully supported by us. If the item(s) is returned for any other reason than that, the buyer supports the return costs.


  • Delivery fees such as DHL Express fees are not eligible for refunds.
  • Late returns shipped beyond 14 days from receipt will not be collected and will return back to you.


  1. Send us a few pictures of the item(s) at and explain the reason of the return as detailed as possible. Please insert your order number in the email subject.
  2. Our team will send you via email the return address. Once you receive the return address, please ship the item(s) via a courier of your choice within 14 days of receiving the product. We require tracking number for the return, as lost in return items are not eligible for reimbursements.
  3. Once the item is returned to our warehouse we will issue a refund. It may take up to 10-15 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
