Orders are processed and fulfilled daily with the exception of weekends and public holidays. Orders are usually shipped within 24-72 hours. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email reflecting that your order has been shipped, along with tracking number.

Please note that orders might get delayed for the following reasons:

  • Billing and/or shipping addresses errors.
  • High season.
  • Order is pending a credit approval and verification.
  • An order is shipped to remote country.
  • Order security verification.


In order to provide the best transit times, we fulfill orders on an hourly basis. Order cancelling is available in the next 30 minutes after placing the order. After this time has passed, the order might be already dispatched and cancellation will not be available.


In the rare case you're not 100% satisfied with the product(s), you may return it for a full refund or exchange it for the same/different product within 14 days from receipt. Alternatively we can issue you a store credit to place another order. Whether you're looking to return your product for a full refund / exchange it, the shipping costs are supported by us for the first replacement / exchange.


  • Delivery fees are not eligible for refunds.
  • Late returns shipped beyond 14 days from receipt will not be collected and will return back to you.

  1. Send us a few pictures of the item(s) at support@stradale.co and explain the reason of the return / exchange as detailed as possible. Please insert your order number in the email subject.
  2. Our team will send you via email the return address. Once you receive the return address, please ship the item(s) via a courier of your choice within 14 days of receiving the product. We require tracking number for the return, as lost in return items are not eligible for reimbursements.
  3. Once the item is returned to our warehouse we will issue a refund. It may take up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
